December 9, 2022 - Season 13, Episode 59 of The Terrible Podcast is now in the can. In this Friday show, Alex Kozora and I get right to talking about the latest news concerning the Pittsburgh Steelers as they get ready to play the Baltimore Ravens on the road on Sunday afternoon.Alex and I go over the injuries that the Steelers are dealing with ahead of the Sunday game and that includes us speculating more about the Sunday status of several players who failed to practice on either Wednesday or Thursday. We also discuss the news concerning kicker Chris Boswell having his 21-day practice window opened on Thursday and if he'll play on Sunday against the Ravens. We also briefly look at the Ravens' injury situation heading into Friday.Alex and I then move on to parse the notable comments made on Thursday by Steelers' coordinators Matt Canada and Teryl Austin. Mostly Canada's comments are addressed and especially ones in which he talked about rookie wide receiver George Pickens as well as the state of the offense heading into Week 14. We discuss where we both are on Canada possibly returning in 2023.In the middle of this show, Alex and I are joined by Ravens’ analyst Jonas Shaffer from The Baltimore Sun. We spend 25 minutes previewing the Sunday afternoon game between the Steelers and the Ravens, and much, much more. Jonas gives his score prediction for Sunday to close out the interview along with his X-factor for the Ravens on Sunday. If not already doing so, please follow Aaron on Twitter at @jonas_shaffer and thank him for appearing on the Friday show.
